1992 (1867-) Canadian 13-Coin Confederation 125th Anniv Provincial Quarter and Parliament Loonie Set
The Royal Canadian Mint has struck this special series of numismatic coins in celebration of Canada’s 125th Anniversary of Confederation. The twelve quarters display scenes from each province and territory in Canada. The dollar coin has the honour of being the standard bearer of our Nation. The designs of each coin were selected from submissions by Canadians from coast to coast.
Provincial quarters include: British Columbia, Alberta, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland.
